For the Week of May 28, 2019
Eighth Grade:
Tuesday: The eighth grade has completed the curriculum for this year. Therefore, from this Tuesday through the end of the year, the class will be introduced to ninth grade work; they will not be tested on anything regarding the ninth grade material. This week they will be introduced to the numerous ways to solve quadratics both in a mechanical and word problem scenario.
Seventh Grade:
Tuesday: On Tuesday, we will be working on Order of Operations. For homework complete the handout.
Wednesday: On Wednesday, we will continue working on the Order of operations. For homework complete the handout.
Thursday: On Thursday, we will work on the Circumference and area of a circle. For homework complete the handout.
Friday: On Friday, we will continue working on circumference and area of a circle. There is no homework.
Sixth Grade:
Tuesday: On Tuesday-Thursday, we will be working on multiplying and dividing with positive and negative numbers. Each night the class will be asked to complete the handout for homework.
Friday: On Friday, we will review the Order of Operations. There is no homework.
Fifth Grade:
Tuesday: On Tuesday-Thursday, we will work on adding, subtracting, and dividing with decimals. For homework each night complete the handout.
Friday: On Friday, we will review plotting on the Coordinate Plane. There is no homework.
Religion:
Tuesday: On Tuesday, there will be a test on the Religion definitions.
