Eighth Grade:
Monday: On Monday, we will start the topic of Translations. For homework, complete page 281.
Tuesday: On Tuesday, we will continue Translations. For homework, complete page 284.
Wednesday: On Wednesday, the class will be asked to translate on graph paper given points. For homework, create and solve four translations.
Thursday: On Thursday, we will begin The Properties of Reflections. For homework, complete page 288.
Friday: On Friday, we will continue with reflections. There is no homework.
Seventh Grade:
Monday: On, Monday, we will be working on solving equations. For homework, complete the handout.
Tuesday: On Tuesday, we will be working on writing and solving algebraic equations. For homework complete page 189.
Wednesday: On Wednesday, we will be working on page 195. For homework, do problems 28-30 on page 196.
Thursday: On Thursday, we will be working on page 196B and 197. For homework, study for the test on Friday.
Friday: On Friday there will be a test on algebraic equations. There is no homework.
Sixth Grade:
Monday: On Monday, we will be working on exponents on pages 238-240. For homework, do problems 15-20 on page 240.
Tuesday: On Tuesday, we will be working on pages 241 and 242. For homework do problems 45-48 on page 242.
Wednesday: On Wednesday, we will be working on pages 250-253. For homework, complete page 253.
Thursday: On Thursday, the class will create problems and practice for teaching the fifth grade on Friday. For homework, complete your lesson plans for the fifth grade.
Friday: On Friday, the class will be teaching the sixth grade exponents and expressions. There is no homework.
Fifth Grade:
The Math Bee will be on Wednesday March fourth at 1:15. The students that will be chosen will be announced on Monday.
Monday: On Monday, the class will copy the new terms into their notebook regarding geometry. For homework, complete your vocabulary list.
Tuesday: On Tuesday, we will be working on pages 637-639 and 641. For homework, complete page 641.
Wednesday: On Wednesday, we will be working on pages 642-643. For homework, do problems five-seven on page 645.
Thursday: On Thursday, we will be working on pages 647 and 648. For homework, complete page 648.
Friday: On Friday, The class will be taught by the sixth grade the topics of exponents and expressions. There is no homework.
