Todays gym class is a 3 part, 2 video workout
Parts 1 & 2 (video 1) is the warm up and strength
Part 3 (video 2) is the conditioning workout
IMPORTANT NOTE
This workout does contain handstand push ups, if you have never done these before, please don’t try them until you are with either myself or with someone that understands how to coach them properly
use 1 of the much safer scaled options instead
